Our procedures are written, trained, audited, and improved continuously, giving consistency across every property and every team member. We set measurable targets for housing management, support delivery, and tenant progression, and data informs every operational decision.
We do not stand still. Every process, policy, and outcome metric is reviewed regularly. What does not work is changed.

We want to expand further to dislodge managing agents who are providing little to no support in order to exploit quick profits.
The sector has a problem with operators who treat vulnerable tenants as revenue lines. IICCE exists to replace them.
